Cancellation Policy

**PLEASE READ** Our tiered pricing structure allows us to make our service as inclusive as possible. We have a number of concession spaces available between 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm. If you have chosen a concession or a student option we request that you provide proof as follows: – Full-time students must show a student ID card. – Anyone in receipt of benefits and those over 65. *You will be required to show proof that you are in receipt of government support. *If you're claiming Universal Credit and have an online account, you can request proof of your claim online by signing into your Universal Credit account and going to your journal. You can get a proof of benefit letter online if you are currently getting: Employment and Support Allowance. Income Support Job Seeker’s Allowance Pension Credit State Pension Alternatively, contact the office that pays your support for a proof of benefits letter. CANCELLATION If you need to cancel your appointment we offer refunds minus the payment processing fee for cancelled bookings up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will not be refunded. If you want to change your appointment please reschedule rather than cancel and re-booking. Rescheduling your appointment is allowed as many times as you need, as long as you do so more than 24 hours in advance.
