Free Access to Qigong Exercise Classes & Videos

I often recommend Qigong in treatment plans as a gentle form of exercise. It's an accessible way to move the body, calm the mind, and nurture long-term health. Qigong also complements your acupuncture treatment and to living in tune with your body’s natural rhythms.

What is Qigong?

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle, flowing movements, calm breathing, and focused awareness. Its purpose is to cultivate and balance qi (life energy or vitality) within the body.

Because it’s low impact and highly adaptable, Qigong is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don’t need equipment or special clothing — just a bit of space and some quiet time to practise.

Benefits of Qigong may include:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety

  • Improved energy and vitality

  • Better balance, posture, and flexibility

  • Support for circulation, digestion, and immunity

  • Greater calm, focus, and resilience
